The Hammond Housing Authority Police Sub-Station has been instrumental in deterring drug activity, eradicating gangs and reducing criminal behavior.  Our officers patrol and maintain a police presence to assure a safe environment for our residents.  We do not tolerate any type of criminal behavior on the grounds of Hammond Housing and take action on first offenses.

Our canines are highly qualified in detecting drugs and work daily with their trainers/partners to provide this service.  We are very proud of the accomplishments and reputation the Hammond Housing Authority Police Sub-Station has attained and will continue to operate in a manner we have been trained to keep our community safe.
